Portable on ear headphones
What would you recommend for a pair of portable on-ear headphone? Preferably wireless or at least cables that come out of one side, also hopefully it would be comfortable. I have a budget of $100. I'll mainly be using for commute or walki...

If You Can Only Have One Headphone...
ThinkSound ON2 Headphones. Why? They're stylish, made of high quality materials, very good sound quality, and surprisingly don't make your head hurt. They're on on-ear headphones so that's a real concern. Noise fatigue doesn't set in until I've kept them on for hours at a time, so that's another plus. I think the main draw for me as well is that they're versatile. I don't need an amp to use them - they're designed for use with laptops and...

Koss KPH30i Headphones
I was pretty surprised with these headphones. I was expecting good things from these, but I got an even better than "good" headphone. Sound (Overall): The first thing I noticed is that they have an accentuated low-end throughout most of the low frequencies, but it never really bleeds into the mids. Also, the highs are definitely rolled off (probably because of the thick pads), and I'm not coming from a treble-blaster like AKGs or some of the...

Massdrop x Koss Porta Pro X Headphones
Managed to try one by borrowing from a friend for a day. I just don't find it comfortable at all to use. It's weird because everyone else says it's comfortable for an on-ear, yet it just hurts me the same as the cheap knockoff on-ear headphones I've had before entering this hobby. Wish I could wear it longer, it sounded pretty nice anyways. Also, the comfort-zone adjustment doesn't seem to work, is it supposed to just stay on "Firm" for the...

Product Question
The DT 770s I loved to pieces ~ but that icepick high response hurt my hearing. I had no idea while I was using them at normal volume that the highs were screaming at me. They made me feel unwell and sickly using them at any volume. If my response to the DT 770s was so volatile, would these be any different? The highs being basically the same response volume as the bass concerns me. I absolutely loved everything about the DT 770s but I can't use headphones that will make me go deaf, may already have mild tinnitus as it is.

Koss KPH30i Headphones
I love these headphones a lot but I have a problem and I am wondering if anyone can help... I wear glasses and after a couple hours the pads pressing my ears into the arms of my glasses begins to hurt and I have to switch out for IEMs for the rest of the day. Any solution to this or do I just have to deal? I also have this issue with other on-ear headphones, so it's not a fault with these.

[image] Bluetooth headphones are known for their convenience—it’s great not to have that cable hanging around—but in the past, they haven’t been able to hold a candle to wired headphones when it comes to sound quality. We’re looking to ch...

AIAIAI Modular Studio Headphones
They aren't exactly over the ear, they tried to make on ear headphones over the ear by switching the pads. Unfortunately the design has it's limitations and the over the ear pad ends up being too small to be called over the ear. Even with my fairly average ears my ears end up being pressed by the pads because the cavity is so small. Big warning to glass wearers, these are not comfy. Also the headband on the all rounder preset is SUPER clampy...

My DIY Audiophile Headphone Stand (for adults)
Click on the photo for full size; MD's new revamp only shows a cropped view--kinda sucks if you ask me. WARNING: This project requires a steady hand and clear thinking. Most importantly, it should not be attempted in one sitting. My advice i...
