If You Can Only Have One Headphone...
Sennheiser HD600. They're probably 15-plus years old and still sound just as good as ever: dynamic, precise, balanced. They're great with the symphony or Nirvana, vinyl, CDs, or high-def audio. They're excellent for movies. I also use: Senn HD500; Senn PC37x which are my primary phone/video conference headset (courtesy Massdrop); Sony MDR V900 (excellent old warhorse); Bose QuietComfort for travel; Logitech G635; HiFiMan hD4XX (courtesy...

Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 6XX Headphones
This will be the longest wait ever! I remember first hearing about the HD650 when I was a freshman in college. I had a part time job. No way could I afford it. What college student can? I wanted to buy it myself. All I could do is save pictures and read reviews on HeadFi haha! Fast forward more than 10 years and now I am finally ready to buy myself something nice after waiting for so long! Sure its an extra wait/price but its something...

Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 6XX Headphones
I need some DAC/AMP advice. Joined this drop early, and these will be my first cans that need amplification with a DAC and/or an AMP. Now looking for an AMP or a DAC or a combo for the HD6xx with good synergy, on a budget of around $100 if this creature even exists. Portable is welcome. My phone is OnePlus 5 and my PC motherboard is Asus ROG Z270E (it says the chipset's name is SupremeFX 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC S1220A with Dual...

AKG M220 Semi-Open Studio Headphones
Finally got the chance to listen to these cans in a studio setting and they are perfect... They are replacing the smaller AKG k121 that I got a few years replacing my gray Sony MDR V700 that always break at the hinge.... Those V700's had tremendous output from pro quality mixers. They were great for tracking drums or driving over the din of live music on stage or at the desk. But not so good for mixing and mastering compared to the M220...
