D key does not work. Look closely at S key holes to left and D key to right. Contacts missing on D key

I have a CTRL that I love. This ALT was victim of an overall cold solder. D key popped out (as pictured). ' key had one side dangling. 1 and 9 keys looked ok, but did not work until I resoldered. Final straw was that keyboard locked up every hour or so. Did not feel like trying to resolder everything. It is already on the way back to Drop. That said, I did like it when it was working. I have ordered a replacement!
Your hot swap socket poped out. might want to contact drop about that one
