Epos PC38x Help
So I just recently picked up my new 38x’s and I like them they look good and sound great but they’re unusable if I’m playing with friends. The mic is so sensitive any time anyone else talks in discord or in game chat it pics it up and plays it through my mic. Even when im watching football games and stuff it’ll play what the announcers are saying through my mic. Have you guys found any way to make the mic less sensitive or have less feedback? I’ve messed around with discord settings but the only solution I’ve had moderate success with is I just turn the overall volume of my mic way down. I’m using the headset on PC with a Astro A40 mixamp. Any help would be appreciated.

start with your PCs sound settings..try searching for Microphone in the search bar and see if the mic volume is at 100%. Then check the programs that you are using have their audio settings checked as well. A lot of the time these programs auto set he mic output volume at 100%. As an audio engineer I would also suggest dropping th A40 mixamp. That was made specifically for the headset that came with it. It may have more gain(volume potential) than is needed for a much better quality mic in Epos headset. Try plugging the Epos into the audio outs on the back of your PC. that should help out a lot.

How do I stop renewal of keyboard club?
Hi there, I've been a member of the keyboard club for the past year, I'm afraid that in the next 24h the Keyboard Club will renew automatically. I have checked on my profile but couldn't find anywhere a way to stop it. Did i miss it ? Will it renew automatically ? TIA Mauringhio

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
