Have they fixed the issues with this version of the PC38X? Concerning mainly the volume adjuster going out after only a year of use (scratchy sound when adjusting, losing audio in either or both ears while adjusting. requiring tapping it to get sound to come back?) This issue seems to persist from the original Game One/Zero days, and was wondering if Sennheiser has addressed it yet. My yellow PX38X have the same problem.

First of all, no, and why ask q&a instead of sending an email to the support team at drop, ask for a replacement under warranty(if your warranty is still alive, dont know how long it is for if you even got one) and ask to see if this is a defect model or somewhat known among

DreadTaxI always ask communities of people who own them before I ask companies. Tend to trust the voice of the consumer over that over the one trying to make money. Also there will be no point of a replacement if the problem persists. Since I personally have a history with the Game Ones/Zero's doing this to me, and now the PC38X did the same thing, I would like to know if its being addressed by consumers who have bought the set since I have. I posted this question months ago, and since have decided on 6XX and a dedicated mic to replace.
