Asking for a review on a delayed product?

It’s just a little tone deaf to send an email asking for a review of a Signature series keyboard that was delayed and hasn’t even been shipped yet, let alone received. Even more so when the email says to submit the review by Feb 4th to get entered into a drawing and to get store credit. I realize it’s probably automated, but come on. Do you really want a negative review saying how much I wish it would ship so I could actually review it?

I'll take the blame here! This is very valid point and completely unintentional from our side. I'll personally arrange the same credit to you, if you'd like to leave a review once you've received the keyboard and had time to try it. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.
