I called a friend of mine in japan and he is translating the blog for me, once I get the translation I will post it. He has however told me that there is no explanation on how to do the mod, the blog is about the mod and I guess what it does to the sound. Hopefully I will get the transcript in the next day or two.

No prob, from the little I understood, I did see that there is a contact email for the company and that they handle orders specifically through email.

Ho1yAll good, he would have a much easier time since he is fluent in Japanese, and all the Japanese I know I learned from a book called "Making out in Japanese" when I lived there... lol.

I can even get my vent hole taper corrected... did not see that I could get my eyes dyed to match my cans...

The audio on my pc38x is not working
One day I just plugged in my Pc38x and they stopped working. I tested the mic and it works, I've tried changing the cord multiple times and have adjusted the volume disk, none of this has changed my situation. I've tested the headphones on my PC, switch, and PS5 and the audio doesn't work there either.

Im looking to buy a set of closed back headphones under $200. So far the two main contenders are the Cobalt and Noir. Has anyone compared these two? which seems to be better? Both are around the same price. Ive heard the cobalt is lacking in bass, while thats not ideal im not too worried as I dont often listen to bassy music.

It's in Japanese so I had to use Google translate to make out what it was saying, but we all know how accurate that can be...
From what I could make of it, the tuning makes the headphones better (duh) but that's all I could get out of it. Maybe someone else here knows a bit more.
