Does anyone know if there is a keyboard with the same form factor? Full function keys with pgup and pgdn on top of the left and right arrow keys.

TEX Keyboards makes a similar product, with mechanical switches. https://tex.com.tw/products/shinobi?variant=16969883648090 You can get that exact keyboard pictured at Amazon for less than $100. https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-ThinkPad-Compact-Keyboard-TrackPoint/dp/B00F3U4TQS

Maybe.. It will for sure not be a "mechanical" keyboard though, which is what this community is aimed at. You might have better luck at some reddit keyboard sub. You could get a mechanical keyboard in the 75% layout, and just reprogram the keys that are usually on either side of the up arrow- "R-Shift" to the left, and "end" to the right, and just change them to page up and down though. The "r-shift" will be a 1.5 sized key though, and i don't think they there are any 1.5 sized page up keys.. something like this: (I don't know if you can change the keys on this one though) https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-Ultra-Slim-Mechanical-Low-Profile-Windows-Version/dp/B08LRZ3GK4

HavattackThis is fully doable aside from the changes in the arrow key sizes. Trackpoints have been used in the full custom ergo keyboard space for years. If needed, a PCB could be made or it could be handwired. There are shops that make custom legends for keycaps
