SENNHEISER PC38X Single TRRS jack is not working on laptop.. My PC has dual headphone/mic ports, and the "splitter" cable that came with the headset works on my desktop.. But my laptop (Alienware X17) only has the single jack (headphone/mic combined)... The laptop microphone setup reports "the device does not appear to be plugged in"... I have tied plugging and unplugging multiple times, microphone array drive update, restarting, etc etc... Please help! Thank you,

The PC38X's jack is kinda known to fit a bit too snugly, so maybe you can give it a bit more force as suggested by mods like below:
"Just want to point out that when you're plugging the cable in the headset, you need to give it a really strong push. When you first insert it, it may feel like it's in, but that's just the first (of 3) contacts that have made contact and engaged. Give it a really strong push, you won't break it!"

danny87Two months later and this microphone is still DOA. Doesn't work on my desktop with the dual (splitter) cable or my laptop with the single (headphone/mic) combo cable... I have tried pushing the jack in with the full force of my 200 pound man arm... When I run mmsys on my laptop or desktop, it reports "Jack Mic Not Plugged In".... So frustrating these do not work and nobody will help me.

Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. I have ordered from websites like Shien and etc, so I am not really stressing anything, but considering the fact that I sent customer support an e-mail 10 days ago and...

Help: MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET Cable Replacement
My headjack that connects the headphone to the mic and headset end (green and red) is broken, what do I need to buy to get it replaced? The single port end seems shorter than 3.5mm and is smaller than the port of the mic and headset end. May I know what size to if I necessarily need the exact same one that connects mic and headset or I can just get a single port to single port end? Would I need to completely replace the headset? Also I'm currently residing in Malaysia where ebay and amazon isn't available and I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells it. Is there anyone that can link me to the item that ships to Malaysia?
