What about shipping to Mexico? I can only dream about buying something here... You even ship to Colombia but no Mexico, man that's weird!

IgnisBellatorJust curious: how is it shipping things to Mexico? I mailed a gift to my cousin in Tulum back in November. She still hasn’t received it … I’m guessing she never will at this point, sadly.

HawaiiRIt depends, private couries work pretty well here in Mexico, they do take care of packages and are quite fast, better than USA I'd say. But public mail service is trash, if you used it, much probably got stolen or even lost at some office.

Jyri_DropI'd be really glad if you could provide shipping to Mexico, only way to get access to drop products is Amazon and they're usually overpriced. Here in Amazon MX PC38X goes for roughly 270 USD. I bought a pair of Pinnacle PX on Amazon for about 145 USD but they came faulty, asked for replacement but they told me they could only offer refund for international products, tried to buy them when you got them on sale but no shipping to Mexico... It's really frustrating.

IgnisBellatorPrivate as in, UPS, FedEx, etc? That makes sense. I used the basic USPS mail, and I'm guessing that's why it never reached. Oh well. It wasn't anything too expensive, but still a bummer. Next time I'll go with a private courier as you suggest. Thanks!

HawaiiRYeah, that's what I meant, most common couriers here are DHL and Estafeta, being DHL the best one imo. The equivalent of "USPS mail" here in Mexico is called "Mexpost" and it's awful, letters always come in late and packages often get lost/stolen.

Not sure if we have DHL here, but I'll check. If not, I'm pretty sure UPS or FedEx has partners there.

HawaiiRYeah, UPS and FedEx work here too, I'd recommend you to try with FedEx, afaik UPS it's pretty expensive here. Best of lucks mate.

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Work around for firmware/configuration update error "command not recognized"
I spent more than an hour attempting to update my Drop Shift keyboard. I'm not sure what has changed, but I was not able to do it entirely from the Drop website as I had previously done. I have most of the keys configured how I would like, but the default LED function was a very bright, distracting, rainbow wave going across the keyboard. Every time I turned the computer on I had to manually adjust the lights how I liked. Using the online version or the locally installed app, you first have to install the QMK XAP interface. You then have to flash your already configured firmware file, which can be done on the Drop website. If you are logged in your last configuration is saved under your account and you can alter what you like, so you don't have to start from scratch. So, following the instructions I selected the appropriate board, entered bootloader mode, but when attempting to flash the file, I would get an error that the C:/Users/Mike C..... command is not recognized...
