My custom ortholinear keyboard
Hi there ! Here is Okey65, a keyboard I designed and assembled at home, based on an Atmega32u4-au chip, a pcb, fr4 plates and a 3D printed resin frame.
As you can see it's a 65 keys ortholinear keyboard, a kind of Preonic with an extra column and a symmetrical layout, the sources are available on my Github: https://github.com/kiks64/OKey65
Being just a hobbyist, the pcb design is simple, no rgb or hot swap sockets, but it's fully dampened with foam, has a USB type C port and works great :)
It is currently fitted with dsa keys from Signature Plastics which are unfortunately very expensive, but there is a perfectly compatible set of keys which should soon be available on Drop, the wonderful Mito Canvas set (Alphas + Text Ortho or Betas + Micons Ortho).
If you are interested in my keyboard don't miss the drop!
