Anyone know how to begin a warranty claim? I purchased massdrop Focal Elex last October so I’m still covered under their warranty. Left channel is completely gone. No sound. I’m supper sad.

Send drop message about your problem. That's why I didn't get a pair tbh. You will have to pay return fees, but I think it's not your fault, but get a conversation going with them and keep at it.
Find the drop in your Orders & Returns menu, click the 'contact support' link at the bottom of the entry for the Elex.
