Heya, I’m want to place an order for $299 worth of items. In the checkout I see my DKC monthly coupon being applied, but no sign of the $15 credit that is mentioned all DKC members will receive for Black Friday. Is there an extra step needed to redeem it?

Hi! New DKC member here, was wondering if the "Promo Heads Up" perk would return? It would be nice to be able to plan around information like that since deals are coming and going all the time on this site.

Hey everyone, quick heads up of a bug that has popped up regarding the DKC Free Shipping benefit.
If you start the checkout process, then back out and attempt to modify your cart, you will both be unable to successfully modify your cart and the DKC Free Shipping benefit breaks at this point. If this happens to you, please submit a support ticket detailing as much. If you do need to make additional modifications to your cart, we will need to manually generate a new cart for you to do so; if you don't need cart modifications and are only having issues with the shipping discount applying, CS will be able to issue a manual credit for this.
The bug has been reported to Shopify and I will update here as the situation progresses.
Apologies for the headache associated with this, and thank you all for your patience.

I am currently experiencing a problem where free shipping is applied in my cart, but is NOT applied when checking out. I’ll submit a ticket soon, just wanted to mention it here too.

Since it seems like the glory days of free shipping at $100 is over, might I suggest that DKC members continue to get that perk at $100 instead of the new $125?

Thanks for your clarification and the quick resolution. I'm still not able to get free shipping for other potential orders over $100, even if I go through the checkout process without modifying it at all. Is the team working to fix the bug still?

Yea I just checked my email settings and somehow all of the options were turned off. Don't know how that happened because I was getting emails in May then it just stopped out of nowhere. Anyways, it should work now I guess. Thanks!

I bought this for alt high profile v1 and setup screw-in stabilizer but stabilizer for enter key is interfered by top case and I wasn't able assemble it.
So I used plate mount stabilizer for enter key.
If I want to use screw-in stabilizer then I have to cut horizontal bump that looks like strut bar.
Do you have plan to sell improved one, pcb or case?

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
