Anybody out there still into Bronze watches? I certainly dipped my wrist into the pool. Of course, I purchased on the conservative side--nothing too expensive or exotic. By now, those pictured above are 3 to 4 years old and all are still working fine and in as-new condition. Which is to say, I never went down the path of trying to accelerate the natural bronze patina process (there were lots of how-to videos on Youtube demonstrating the results). Guess I just liked them as they were--especially that Makara Sea Turtle II--it's the bronziest of the bunch. This week, that Seiko has been getting the most wrist time--and the most compliments. But today, I'm going for that Heimdallr Tuna--hell of a watch for under two-hundred clams ; - )
