As nobody answered so far: I can't really speak for EU countries in general, just for Switzerland, where it at least is a bit different with regards to taxes. But it's still also Europe — and I don't know any shop which sends to Switzerland but not the EU. (The other way round is quite common — Amazon being one of the best known offenders for not sending stuff to Switzerland but the EU.) So yes, it should be possible. Drop AFAIK ships to all of the EU. Regarding taxes and "hidden" fees: You generally have to pay VAT and/or import taxes. Starting at which value and how much depends likely on your country. Either the parcel service or the postal service might also charge (probably fixed) fees for handling the parcel. In Switzerland it depends on the source country (and Drop ships to at least Switzerland via some DHL storage in Germany, so in Switzerland I pay the Swiss Postal Service import fee for stuff coming from Germany — which is lower than for stuff being send from the US directly :-D) and of course also on the transport company doing the import customs, but is usually between €10 and €20 in addition to VAT and/or import fee. I at least assume that this is nevertheless similar in most EU countries. There's though also some chance that for EU countries (which Switzerland is not) Drop does actually already handle VAT and customs. Try to add something to your cart and click through the order process until the shipping address comes. Add an address in your country and see in the next step if taxes are listed besides the shipping costs. If so, Drop will handle that for you. If not, the customs will likely ask you to pay these taxes and maybe also some handling fee. Hope this helps even if I can't speak for EU countries, just for Europe in general.
