For me end game is when I keep buying new keyboards/ keycaps but find that I revert back to what I was previously using. If I keep buying stuff only to prefer what I already have then what I have is end game (for now). Ultimately your choice of keyboards reduces as you learn what you like , then you're buying from a much smaller pool, and within that pool there will be a favourite , until a new favourite is produced. You never know if a newly produced keyboard will be better than what you have now so as long as they're making new boards then I don't think you can have a permanent end game.
