Is it guaranteed at least one complete set or can just be a bunch of keycaps that cannot even form one keyboard?

You’re definitely going to get at least one set with enough caps for even a 100% full-size board—it will be either GMK, DCX or MT3. Whether the other sets will have enough keys to cover your board depends on what size you typically run: Only 100%? Probably not. TKL or 60%? You should be okay. Personally, since I exclusively run 40% this is not an issue I face. :þ (In my case, it’s just trying to find an extra key in Home Row profile, which can be surprisingly challenging. Sometimes Drop includes Home Row Backslash, sometimes they don’t.)

no - you will get full sets. however... it may or may not be worth it anymore. 3 of the 4 sets i have gotten sent in previous rounds were shortly afterwards put on closeout - meaning i could have saved money and just waited for them to drop in price.

Reading the information on the page gives you the answer. "Is this a grab bag of loose keycaps? No. All the items within the box are kits and not loose keycaps—with the exception of artisan and novelty keycaps which are, by their nature, individual keycaps. This is not a grab bag of random individual keycaps that will be hard to put together." There's even samples of what might come in the boxes listed
