I love to cook and so spend a lot of time looking for great products. When it comes to making the perfect dry rub I've been using a mortar and pestle for a while now but I've had my eye on an electric grinder, like the Krups F203, for a while now. It doubles as a coffee grinder and I'm sure my wrists will thank me. No roast can be cooked to that perfectly juicy internal temperature without a thermometer. Insta-read digital devices have been around for a while now but ones that pair via bluetooth with your phone, like the iDevices Kitchen Thermometer, so you don't need to carry around a bulky readout with you seem worth the extra price. I already have a great chef's knife in the Shun Classic Hollow Ground 8 inch. So, I've turned my sights to carving knives. You know what I'm talking about, that long perfectly uniform narrow blade, an unparalleled design for carving wonderful roasts into slices of any and every thickness from paper thin to big and beefy, like the Victorinox 12 inch Fibrox Pro Granton Edge Slicing/Carving Knife. No great meat is complete without the perfect gravy, which is why a fat/juice separator, like the Cuisipro 4 Cup Fat Separator. Finally, I have to have something capable of quickly churning out beautiful salads on which to serve the meat and that means KitchenAid Stand Mixer attachments like the KGSSA Food Grinder, Roto Slicer & Shredder, and Sausage Stuffer as well as the KSM1APS Spiralizer Attachment with Peel, Core and Slice
