It doesn't really matter as mAh is not a measure of energy storage capacity but rather a measure of sustained current over time. In order to know energy storage capacity you need Wh. This distinction becomes even more important when powerbanks are able to supply power at different voltages. For this device the energy storage capacity is 93.5Wh. In the olden days of USB there was only 5V. Simple. Now there's 5V, 9V, 12V, 20V, 28V, 36V and 48V dependent on the standard. More specific information here Does your utility company specify kAh or kWh when they specify your electricity usage? The mAh madness has to stop! :)

From their website: A 25600 mAh high density battery that can be recharged in just 1.5 hours and it supports various charging protocols (QC/PD/PPS etc). https://www.shargeek.com/products/storm2

It depends on what voltage you are using. Divide the voltage into the watt-hours to determine the answer. E.g. 5 volts. 93.5/5 = 18.7 Amp-hrs. Or this charger can supply 18.7 Amps at 5 V for an hour before depleting. The real advantage of this charger would seem to be its wide voltage output allow it to supply power to a variety of devices.
