2 questions This is more of a confirmation, these are tactile? If so, is the bump really noticeable? Can you use any keycap with these?

The blue ones (Tessence) are tactile - the white ones (Lunalight) are linear. Bump is quite noticeable; it's right at the top. Any MX- compatible keycap should work with these.
