I've got 3 boards on order. This one, https://drop.com/buy/keydous-nj80-bluetooth-rgb-keyboard-drop-exclusive should be on its way in a couple of weeks. The Zoom 65 I mentioned in my last post. Meletrix say they'll be shipping mid-December.
And I ordered a Wind X98. Although, I'm thinking about cancelling that one.
The missus did like a drop board here with bloom keycaps that was on special but it wasn't wireless, so that was a no go. She likes to sit in bed playing her Facebook games and surfing the shops, etc, so wireless is a must.
I have to admit I have never considered blue clicky switches before too. The only blue switches I have are Akko ocean blue-tactile. Lubed them, tested a couple of them and then put them back in their box and that's where they lie.

RarebreedOK, My son has the nj80 and he loves it. Not sure if your wife needs a numpad at work or not, my wife is a social worker and HAS to have F keys and a numpad. All that said and my choices for boards narrow. That wind X98 is AMAZING! I've watched tons of reviews on it and thought a lot about purchasing. I've gotten so deep into this numpad keyboard combo, it's kind of my schtick now.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
