Hello, I ordered a pack of switches almost 2 weeks ago. I never got a confirmation email for my transaction. I hadn’t ordered under an account due to me not having one. Is there any way I can get this fixed or check on the order? Please and thank you in advance for any help!

Shipping Status Update (January 2023)
Update 2023-01-17: The warehouse made some significant progress over the weekend. Nearly every order for in-stock products has been processed through the warehouse system, and should have notified to your email that it is on its way. Many orders have departed the warehouse while others are waiting for courier pickup. Some orders were waiting for an inbound delivery to the warehouse (the item would not have been listed as in-stock when you purchased, but had an estimated shipping date that has now been delayed). These items were unable to be receipted into the warehouse due to the systems outage; with warehouse operations picking back up, this process is able to begin again. For anyone waiting for these items, we expect them to be brought into inventory this week, then shipped shortly after. This covers the vast majority of outstanding/delayed orders. Has anyone else been affected by awful shipping experiences?
I ordered a pair of Meze 99 Noirs the day after Christmas and have only been met with shipping delays and have been completely left in the dark by customer service. I was told there was a warehouse issue and was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences lately.

BOGO MT3 minus BiiP
I've noticed in the latest MT3 BOGO promo the DROP + BIIP MT3 EXTENDED 2048 CUSTOM KEYCAP SET is not included. I can understand if it being the only set not having an official Ortho keycaps, a little strange, but as stated in the promo. But then either does the MT3 Godspeed R2 keycap set... but this one it's in the promo! It has the same Ergo set as the Drop+ BiiP. Why is this not included? It seems to be the only MT3 keycaps set out of your 24 MT3 keycap sets available NOT included, in the 23 keycaps in the promotion?
