TA03S Dac Amp unit with a ship of 12-26-22 if I remember correctly and the day it was supposed to ship Drop sent me a memo stating that date would not be honored so I cancelled that order because the memo said they did not yet have a new ship date. I went back to look and the new ship date on the TA03S is now 1-26-23 Will this shipment of the XA-10 ship by 1-6-23 as stated when I purchased the item?

Hi, Just thought I would make a note here of your handling of my issues. I ordered a pair of HD6xx headphones and then earlier today recieved the package. I drive to go and get it, as I like in the UK I had to pay import tax and handling fees. These total £47.92. The breakdown being £35.92 in tax and £12 in fees. These taxes were calculated of the shipping label of the box, which marked the shipment as the 6xx headphones of $199 value. Before leaving the parcel depot, I open the box to find a $35 lord of the rings mousepad. So now the problem is not only do I not have the headphones, but you have marked the shipment wrong so I have paid £47.92 fees for the handling of the mousepad. Which would have acrued £0 of fees if marked correctly as it is under £135. I go back to the desk but as I have already paid the fees I am unable to reject the shipment, but as the box said 6xx, there was no way for me to know before opening it. So I have a PC38x headset that I bought a few years back. I moved away from home for work, and left the headset there with my gaming PC. I used it maybe 2 or 3 times before I left, and it always had the problem of it cutting out in my right ear phone. It makes like a crackling noise like something is loose, and then cuts out the audio entirely. Sometimes it works for a few minutes, but inevitably cuts out on the right side again. I am wondering if there is a fix? Or could I be shipped a new one?

Please someone here help buy a headphone for my use case- listen mostly Indian music ( old and new Bollywood songs ) . play them on my iPhone. So need to be wireless. must be light and comfortable for small ears and 3-4 hours of listening. noise canceling is not important. budget is around $150. i am not audiophile by any means and do not understand much of the jargon. Finally got my hands on the pc38x. I mostly wanted to try this headset because of all the good things i heard about it. Out of the box i wasn’t really impressed. My 50 dollar astros were just as loud if not louder. After setting up an EQ on dolby access i got them sounding a little better. But one thing that really bothers me is the volume dial on the headset. When i turn it all the way down there’s so much audio still coming through, like the headset is turned up 10-20%. Is this normal?
