The more I look into this, the more I discover the level of incompetence from Drop. Supposedly the warehouse outage started around late-november (from what I've gathered). I've had two very new experiences these last few months. One with the very frustrating service from drop, and another from being laughed at for choosing to buy from drop. Very interesting experiences and a mistake I will not make again. If there was a promise of refund I would take it no doubts, no questions. I ordered around December 23rd, and expected to ship on the 2nd of Jan. It has now been pushed back to the 27th of Jan making it a 5 week wait for it START shipping. I consider myself the best case scenerio as others have waited far longer. Safe to say if I see no change in the ship times in the next week, I'll just dispute the transaction with my bank.
