My order was already shipped and arrived in the country in november according to the tracking. So why are you holding my order for the past 6 weeks when it is already in the country to be delivered. Will not be buying from Drop again.
SylvantiaWe have no way, much less reason, to hold an order that is already shipped and in the hands of a courier. Is it held up in customs at the border? Have you contacted the shipping company to inquire about their delivery of the item?

HoffmanMysterI have attempted to contact the courier several times and I had got no response from them, though Drop support is now assisting me with this. Nice to say my opinion of Drop is restored with good customer service.
