Hi new member here. I want to order the Sennheiser hd 6XX, but correct me if I’m wrong, I will have to wait almost 2
months to get it? Because it says ship date is February 23rd

I will tell you that Sennheiser makes amazing products, and have amazing customer service.
I have the 6xx and love these headphones.
I ordered my DAC/AMP combo on November 6th and I am still waiting for them.
These are great headphones for the price, but sadly. Drop is having major shipping issues, and does not seem to care a lot about the customers in the current minute. At first they didn't say anything about the shipping issue for a month. It has made many people, myself included, incredibly upset due to the unprofessionalism and the complete ineptness to resolve any issues.
Depending on what headphones you are coming from, it would be worth the wait just because of how good these headphones are. But. That is up to you. I don't want to give drop any more money than I already have because of poor customer service. But the 6xx's are an amazing deal at the end of the day.

My friend has a pair, and that's when I realized I need to buy it.
So I bought it, and got it just before this whole shipping issue.
There is a shipping issue that is causing large delays in any items being shipped from drop.

tomusurpThe ship date for 6XX is currently so far out because it's a new batch coming in that we're waiting on (ship date of Feb 23rd for 6XX vs Jan 27th for other items).

What is the truth?

tomusurpdon't order from them. they are rip offs. You will never get your item but they will take the money immediately. Go to Amazon and see if they have that item. or somewhere else.

jcchewyThe 6XX was in stock when you purchased it, and is still "in stock" - there are units in the warehouse ready to ship out. Those units are all reserved for existing shipments (including yours*), so any new purchases will be allocated to the incoming batch with the Feb ship date.
I believe the CS agent was simply confused about the matter when you first reached out and made a mistake. I can't speak for them or what happened on that day, but it is indeed confusing and frustrating to experience as a customer, so I apologize for that.
*I do see that you cancelled your order a few days ago. I'm sorry for the negative experience you've had with us and wish you the best in your audio endeavors.

I have filled out the payment and contact form for the WOBKEY Rainy75 Mechanical Keyboard and typed in my correct address but when click "continue to shipping", it comes up with "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address." Work around for firmware/configuration update error "command not recognized"
I spent more than an hour attempting to update my Drop Shift keyboard. I'm not sure what has changed, but I was not able to do it entirely from the Drop website as I had previously done. I have most of the keys configured how I would like, but the default LED function was a very bright, distracting, rainbow wave going across the keyboard. Every time I turned the computer on I had to manually adjust the lights how I liked. Using the online version or the locally installed app, you first have to install the QMK XAP interface. You then have to flash your already configured firmware file, which can be done on the Drop website. If you are logged in your last configuration is saved under your account and you can alter what you like, so you don't have to start from scratch. So, following the instructions I selected the appropriate board, entered bootloader mode, but when attempting to flash the file, I would get an error that the C:/Users/Mike C..... command is not recognized...

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount.
