If possible, could you clarify why an item would show as in stock and ready to ship but still hasn’t shipped from over a month ago? In your email explaining to look at estimated ship dates on the product page, I don’t see how this helpful if it shows as in stock ready to ship but hasn’t for over a month. I understand business issues come up, but you either can deliver or can’t in your industry, but at a minimum you need to give actual expectations over platitudes to avoid refunds.

AvanceNot sure exactly when this was changed, but I believe all items are no longer showing "ready to ship" for exactly the reason you stated. Items will show as "in stock" vs preorder in the shop filter views, indicating that there is no manufacturing wait time (normally this would also mean it's ready to ship, if we weren't in such a predicament with the warehouse). The email should have clarified that the estimated ship date can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the Details section on the product page (next to the default Overview section). Another commenter also mentioned the confusion when viewing active orders in your transaction page, which has not updated with the new shipping estimate - working on hopefully getting those updated as well. Hope that helps to clarify the situation and details a little better? If you have any more questions or I haven't answered them fully, please let me know. Apologies as well for the hassle and delays associated with this issue.

HoffmanMysterI bought the round 3 mystery box. The “ship date” was updated to January 6th. It’s now a week past that and I do not have a tracking number yet. I don’t see how this response helps. My “active” shipments state estimated ship date being January 5th. Obviously both of those dates have passed. Would like an updated website as now I have to leave town for work for two weeks so I need to know where this package is as it will no longer arrive while I am home.

AcustomerThank you for calling this out, and I'm sorry for the delays and lack of information. The Mystery Box Round 3 buy was not properly updated to reflect the warehouse outage delays for some reason. We're manually updating the estimated ship date at this time. Once the warehouse is fully operational, they will work through all outstanding orders and you will be sent a shipping notification via email to track the shipment on its way to you.
