You should have received an email noting a credit to your account since the expedited shipping time was unable to be met - if you did not receive this, please let me know and I will look into what went wrong there.

HoffmanMysterSame boat. The only thing customer service told me was I could cancel my order and re-order with standard shipping. So, I just cancelled it all together and I will not be re-ordering.
