man I want to help because I order this beauty buttt the shipping dose have a big problem for every one

This one don't have virtual 5.1
if your room loud don't buy this one.
also look at the community some folks are talking about some product that doesn't work IMMEDIATELY after the guaranty soo think about that!
and do you know amd/dac? this one might need them if you don't know what it is tell me I will help.
if you want to wait until mine come to tell you if its good (I'm not an audiophile too) you can wait until THEY fix the shipping problem.
also I don't have HD599 I only have hyperx cloud alpha S.

Hello, I purchased the product at 5:20 p.m. on September 14th and received it at around 11:40 a.m. on September 30th. However, when I checked the product, there were open traces and pre-Owned Factory Certified labels on the outer cover of the box. I bought it as a new product. Please take action on this. Thank you!

Hi, I just bought these and was wondering if the Razer USB soundcard that comes with the Blackshark V2 headset would be good to run these from. I do have a pretty modern motherboard in the pc I plan to mainly use these on, a Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX V2 to be exact, and I just want to know if it will be better overall than the onboard audio processor.

Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. Help: MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET Cable Replacement
My headjack that connects the headphone to the mic and headset end (green and red) is broken, what do I need to buy to get it replaced? The single port end seems shorter than 3.5mm and is smaller than the port of the mic and headset end. May I know what size to if I necessarily need the exact same one that connects mic and headset or I can just get a single port to single port end? Would I need to completely replace the headset? Also I'm currently residing in Malaysia where ebay and amazon isn't available and I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells it.
