C_T88I agree that these aren't life necessities, but perhaps you can empathize with the fact that it's deeply disappointing, annoying, and a slap in the face when then run a "NOMOREOUTAGES" and "INSTOCKREADYTOSHIP" campaign. Especially after a whole month of vague, copy-paste responses from their customer support team.

Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
