80hz at -6dB with a passive radiator design? I can only assume this is going to need a real decent sub that can be linear up to ~120hz+. They're being sold as "nearfield monitors" but will they try to be linear? or aimed more towards a casual listening experience? Will more specs be released soon- like frequency graphs? I saw a comment about a "mode switch" for better sub integration. Will that be using a Linkwitz-Riley filter? Either way, what will the low pass filter be set at? I cant wait for reviews on these. I recently got a smaller svs sub to mess around with nearfield subwoofer placement, been playing with nearfield placement in general and it solves a ton of room mode issues in smaller spaces. what a silly nearfield combo that would be. A 12" 500 watt sub with a 15 watt set of speakers lol.
