on an ENTR keyboard, one of the back lights (under the O) has stopped working. How can I fix it?

Have been lurking around and finally made my first purchase on the Redsuns + Drop Red Samurai TKL. The set is beautiful but there was 1 keycap that came disfigured/damaged. That kinda killed my excitement. Put in a ticket for support but have not heard back from them yet. Hope they make this right..
