Difficulty getting a reply from customer support.

Hi. I placed an order on 27th December 2022, due to ship on January 4th but actually ships on the 15th of January. It arrived in the UK on January 19th and it is shipped back to the US where it sits until February 1st. At this point, Brett from Drop acknowledges the problem and stated the parcel has been marked for return to sender, he says Finance will refund me in a couple of days. We make arrangements to ensure the delivery is returned to sender and from here on in Drop is not replying, but we do get the automated response. We had a PayPal dispute which has now been closed. Brett suggested this was why he could not issue the refund. This is no longer a barrier.  I am not getting replies when asking for further help with this. I have no visibility on the return. I was warned I would have a poor experience, but I did not listen. I regret buying from this company.  My PayPal case is now closed, I have no recourse.
