The bankruptcy aside, I guess everyone forgets what Go-Lite did to Ray Jardine. Those "innovative designs" weren't theirs. They were de facto stolen and they hosed over one of the pioneers of UL in the process.

No please. A company run by monkeys Will sooner or later go down the drain again, only this time, massdrop and it's customers will be caught in the drama.

My Trail is shutting down. Re-hashed designs didn't make it in a competitive market with new, more efficient designs and materials.

Sell the products Yes, partner with No. Why take that chance and leave Drop open for My Trail Co. going bankrupted and sinking both ships at once, don't pull all your eggs in one basket. Whats the upside of partnering with them? None!

Read the bankruptcy papers from GoLite. A lot of partners got left high and dry. And a lot of warranties got flushed.

I liked Golite stuff and own shelters, quilts garments etc. which were, in the main, excellent quality at approx. 50% £ actual worth as compared to the competition - but they seemed to be a fire sale for a long long time. MyTrail also has what appear to be excellent products, not available in the UK, but as GoLite left a great many people out of pocket while selling stock at too low a cost, I think there has to be a diligent analysis surrounding the structure of MyTrail.

If you watch MTC’s website you can come across some serious bargains. The gear they have list looks really nice. That said, they are still selling 2018 gear despite the fast approaching 2019 season. I’ve had my eye on one of their backpacks but I really don’t need another. Still tempting.

Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive?
I would LOVE to have a Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive on one of the most iconic model in Spyderco. Maybe like the super gold steel that drop did with delica. The color on the scale can be the drop color. That will be awesome! Picture is me dragonfly collections in various color and steels

Hey everyone I hope your week is going well. I was wondering if anyone in the community has experience with Gerlach watches? I would love to see a few of their line show here on Drop some day. I know they wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but they are unique in that I don't believe I have seen any Polish made watches here before. Completely surprised by the lack of blade diversity here on Drop...
I’ve been a collector of Blades since before my teens, and a retailer coming up on 15… or maybe 20 years. Drop has really been kind of an interesting experience for me, because I do occasionally get to see some unusual tech and sometimes EDC items that otherwise I might not have been aware of. And maybe it’s because I have a deep love of cutlery and bladed weapons, but I find myself trolling through the site looking at it what’s available; and it’s just it’s pretty much the same. And the bladed community here is just always confused me.. every single knife is about the same, they’re almost all drop points and although the handle materials change and brands change.. it’s really just the same knife over and over and over again... occasionally you’ll see a tanto or a slight variant; but rarely… and almost never a serrated blade. And I’m just deeply amazed at this diversion of serrated blades. And I’m just surprised there isn’t more of a request for diversity here.... and I...

Would be nice to see some Sony E mount full frame cameras on here. I currently shoot with a A99 and they killed the lense path for better or more option lenses and now is all E-Mount. 🤔
