Could this DAC be used to transmit audio to Sony's WH-1000XM5, through bluetooth LDAC from a source like a PC?

The usual answer with these Bluetooth receivers is that they don’t have the ability to be Bluetooth transmitters. If that’s all you want, just get a cheap USB Bluetooth Transmitter.
Ok, well if it helps, here’s the Google first product result, seems it does have LDAC, or with other codecs you can transmit to two receivers at once: 1Mii B03Pro+ Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver Certified LDAC for TV Home Stereo, Long Range Bluetooth Extender Wireless Audio Adapter with Screen, Optical RCA AUX 3.5mm Outputs/Inputs https://a.co/d/gMP5ZpW
And another Google result, this article (a few years old) has a list of several DAPs that can feed LDAC stand alone (this is what I do) or apparently they can be connected to a computer’s USB and act as transmitters (probably with lag behind video): https://medium.com/gadghub/feeding-your-ldac-headphones-155a0307c51a
