Led issue on ALT Keyboard

I recently purchased an ALT and it powers on, lights up and mostly functions as expected. I'm having two issues. The first is the "A" and "S" keys are not working. The second is the board Leds are fixed to white. When I try to change the color, upon pressing the "Fn" button the board will scroll rainbow effect and I am able to change the color and effect, minus the use of the "A" and "S" keys. However, when I release the "Fn" button the board reverts to all white. I have already tried different switches. I have stock Gateron Browns in it at the moment. Is this a setting issue or hardware?

Looking for Dark-On-White Modifiers/Nav/Arrows/NumPad

Hi, looking for BoW/Dark-Grey-oW Modifiers/Nav/Arrows plus (Print/Lock/Pause), along with ALL non-numeric number-pad keys (with × and ÷ instead of * and /). SA Profile ABS Double-Shot Not MT3 [I don't like the typeface as well as MiTo/SPK] Not off-white [unless you could also point me to a set of ASCII BoW Alphas] As a bonus, I am looking for a "HYPER" key and a "LINE FEED" key; the former I think I can find; the latter is almost a myth except for the photographs of archaic keyboards. [if an ivory-coloured set of MiTo/SPK SA profile (double-shot, natch) were to appear, with ASCII Alphas and × and ÷, I'd invest in it.]
