Support for Alternative Layouts
This is a summary of how alternative layouts have been supported by kits such as Colevrak and Homing. It is not a discussion of alt layout performance and development, but if that interests you I highly recommend starting with Pascal Getreuer’s A guide to alt keyboard layouts (why, how, which one?). It’s a concise and comprehensive overview with links to some great sites that go deeper. He also has a separate Links about keyboards page. Based some of the most useful shortcuts in AE, these custom legends will help speed up your workflow, and make you a more efficient animator. Don't like the default layout? No problem! The flat top DSA keycap profile allows you to relocate the hotkeys anywhere you'd like. In the future, it's possible to combine this set with other hotkey sets like Cinema 4D, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, and beyond!
DSA Mograph will be a combination of dye-sublimation and doubleshot plastic. Both processes provide long lasting legends that don't wear away with frequent use. The caps are MX compatible, mechanical keyboard sold separately.
