Huh, that does sound kind of strange (exactly as you said, how would you know the old one). To confirm, this is when first trying to login (from a logged out state) with the account created for that purchase, correct? As opposed to trying to change a password for an existing account you're logged into (like this one you posted with). Would you mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing to community@drop.com? I can try to troubleshoot with you over email and see what's going on.

HoffmanMysterYes, but also when I try to change the password (which I figured would send me a link via email) it asks for the original password which I don't know or have. I do get sent a password token every time I login though, so I was thinking that's how I get access to my account and a temporary password is issued every time I login. Is that how this site works for logging in?
