Shoe Size Comparison Thread

There are many places out there that have discussions about shoe sizing across brands and lasts, but I wanted to get a thread started here as well. My hope is that down the road we can make some sort of database for this info, but for now I think it could be great to have a collection of this data so that we can help people on the site determine what size works best for them. Here's the format I'm envisioning:
  • Brannock Size
  • Brand - Last or model name - Size (with country abbreviation)
If you want you can make notes about how these fit or if the fit is off, but in general I think it would be best if we only listed pairs that worked well (so not "9D, but should have gone for a 9.5 I think"). I'll start below!

These are always a good resource.
Brannock 9 C or D (Never found a C I couldn't easily wear, still comfortable in D width)
Sizes are listed as they would be stamped on the inside of the shoe/sole
