Confirming what @spookeycaps said - this is the TKL kit, which comes with keycaps sized specifically for a standard TKL keyboard. This board having a short right shift (with the arrow cluster nestled in there) and an F-row, the 1800 kit is what you'd need. (the 65% kit also includes the needed key, though not the F-row support)
Based on your picture, it looks like you bought the TKL kit, which only has the kitting to support TKL's or layouts with standard-sized keycaps. You need a 1.75U right shift, which you would need the 1800 kit for. Unfortunately, the TKL kit doesn't come with a 1.75U right shift.
