I love mine! I make chicken thighs every Sunday and shred them in a mixer once they're done and then use that in meals for the week. I cook rice with the juice left in the bag also.

I use a cooler for mine. A hole saw cut in the lid makes for an easy place to insert the Anova unit. Since we have an Anova person here, how would that affect the volume of water the unit can handle? I've been looking at upping the size. My brisket barely fit in what I have now!
