I ordered these to the UK from massdrop about a year ago. This was before their EU in-region trial service. Delivery was prompt after payment, it was shipped very quickly and arrived quicker than one would expect for an international delivery that wasn’t 24 / 48 hour urgent. HOWEVER, packaging was pathetic and not remotely adequate for domestic shipping let alone international. The stock box is not rigid, it’s thin paper card and plastic. That would be fine if their shipping materials were better (box within a box and plenty of padding material in between) but no. I think their was one or two layers of uselessly thin small bubble wrap but can’t remember exactly. What I definitely remember though was being appalled by the packaging’s inadequacy. The stock K7XX box had been breached and the package was not even marked as “fragile”. Luckily the headphones weren’t damaged but they very easily could have been. I have read similar impressions from other users in respect to Drop’s international packaging but it has been a while so hopefully they have tightened their procedures up by now. To conclude, they are excellent headphones, I highly recommend them but I’d confirm with Drop that they will packages it securely and robustly, and mark it as ‘fragile’ before parting with any cash.
