Enter the madness.
We are proud to support Mech Madness 2019 in a first of its kind bracket challenge for keyboards and keycap sets. Dixie Mech, the Alabama-based mech keys company has created and is hosting the tournament for the month of March. You’ll have your chance to earn points for correct predictions and crown champions for each category.
The voting will be done via Dixie Mech’s Instagram Stories (follow here) so you’d be wise to vote for your own predictions! Remember, you’ll score more and more points as the rounds go on so familiarize yourself with the schedule.. And did I mention there will be prizes? Stay tuned for more details on that..
Here’s how the tournament is going to go down:Participants will earn points by correctly predicting, through their bracket, the winning design in each matchup of the tournament. The number of points awarded for each correct pick of a winning game of the tournament will increase with each round. Start your brackets here.See photos of all the participants here. Brackets close Feb 28th at 10 PM CST!Each matchup outcome will be determined via poll on the Dixie Mech Instagram Story. Each matchup will accept votes for 24 hours, resulting in the winner of that round. Turn on notifications for the Dixie Mech Instagram page to follow along every day to vote on each matchup. Vote here.Prizes from the sponsors will be awarded to the participants with the highest scores. There’s also a grand prize for any participant who correctly predicts every matchup, with no mistakes. Otherwise known as a perfect bracket. Prizes will be listed here.
And that’s it! Pretty slick setup if you ask me, and I’m particularly pumped to see how this goes. Though I can’t technically win (sponsor) I’ll still be making my brackets and hope you do too. Will see how far some of the Massdrop sets make it through.. *vote *vote *vote.
Massive props to Dixie Mech for putting this tournament together (you can follow him on the site @GBuuur) and best of luck to all those who participate!
