My order (Pioneer SP-SB23W Soundbar w/ Wireless Subwoofer) was not delivered and UPS claims that the shipping label did not have the correct address. I sent a customer service request but I have not heard back. What can I do to get a refund or a reissue of the order. Any response from Massdrop employees would be very helpful as it was an expensive item.
