Massdrop Moble website decline

I apologize this is probably not the most accurate category to file this question, but I didn't find a tech support community and this area is the place I frequent the most. However, over the last few weeks I've found Massdrops mobile site to increasingly decline over time. It's been getting slower, then many pages started loading a pages worth of blank white space and I have to scroll down to find the content (discussions, etc), search community filters not working at all, and then today, I can't even see products displayed correctly in search results.

As you can see, products are now just a jumbled mess. This has been a gradual but steady decline over the last couple months. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues? As of today, the site is now almost unusable for me.

I used to come to this website and click on one button, which was labeled "newest", to see all the cool stuff. Now I get here and it feels like I have to remember a workflow for an online tool to get to the goods. Ridiculous honestly. Simple is the key for good UX/UI mah dudes!

Hey so I guess we have a new domain and website name so if someone wants to make a video now they have to say Drop.com which must be what the company was hoping to get in the first place since that's a really hard to get name. Personally Massdrop.com works way better cause its the mass who wants the buy the drop. I guess this explains the lack of support on mobile cause its being re-branded so they are getting this done first so everyone can use their computer first to buy drops while the renaming is being worked on in the mobile site. Massdrop website name is still up so most likely they are setting up a page transfer to this name so if anyone is reading this you should probably put this you must star/bookmark/favorite this web-page homepage again because massdrop.com is no longer in service.

@Stender @Duncan and everyone, I just wanted to share what I think has resolved the website issues for me. I was a iOS 10 holdout, but finally updated to iOS 12. I don’t appear to be experiencing Massdrop website issues in Firefox anymore using iOS 12. I don’t need know what difference a os should have rendering a particular website in a browser, but apparently it does. Just sharing my experience here in case others run across it too.

I Just updated from iOS 10 to iOS 12, and that seems to have fixed my Massdrop layout problems.

Thanks for the reply, @Stender . Once I'm home and not typing on my iPad, I might be able to be a bit more coherent describing the issues I've encountered, and might be able to show more visual examples. I appreciate you pointing out that support link for me!

I miss the older simpler site. The new upgrade for me makes everything more complicated, and seems to be trying to promote other communities when I just want only the mech community. I sometimes get a blank screen and I have to manually select options to get to “new drops” in the mech keys category. Why can’t it just post the latest drop first instead of “recommended” as a second or third after “Ending drops.” I don’t need Massdrop to recommend for me because I already know what I’m looking for and would just like to view new drops in the mech community first over anything whenever I visit. Ughhhh
