Customer support and product returns!

more_vert
After using this site for several months and have spent a lot of $$. I've discovered that they will not allow returns on products unless it's damaged or not working. Great?
But what if the product arrives and isn't what we as consumers expected? Nope, they will NOT allow you to return for a refund. I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses that looked like a quality pair but upon arrival and after spending over $100 I found out they're light and very cheap feeling. They seem like swap meet throwaways!
The "discount" is not great enough when factoring in this policy and the shipping costs not to mention the long delays.
I've used "Theclimb" for my discounted outdoor gear for years and they honor returns! And it's tough to beat Amazon!
I'll be dropping Massdrop and I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on!
You've lost a customer Massdrop!

Impossible to get an answer about returning defective merchandise. Find another place to buy from.
And another down... another one down... another one bites the dust! I don't know why people get upset when they make wrong assumptions. Watch a Bad News Bears movie to remind your self what assuming does!

Isn't this common knowledge?
Massdrop is more of a middle man, not a retailer. You give Massdrop money to "negotiate" a price with a manufacturer. Of course they don't take returns just because you don't like it.
You bought a light weight pair of sunnies, that feel light...
What a weird complaint.

Shhhh, people don't do that. They just form wildly random assumptions and then get upset when their assumption betrays them.

namhodBeing able to return a product is not a wild assumption. The idea of a place not allowing returns is the wild line of thinking.
