rastusTitanium I know, but niobium is new to me, so thanks for that. At this point, I have a titanium chain, so I might wear a steel peanut light with black T-Shirts and shirts. I'd prefer titanium, though.

VarholiaglimpIf by "steel" you mean stainless steel, you are back into a Iron-Chrome-Nickel alloy, predominately, and the Nickel will very much remain an issue. If the stainless comes from China, you have no idea of the other elements in it... not a good permanent-body-contact concept. rastusI'm aware of the issue with steel, believe me -- other alternatives hurt! That's why I'd wear a steel pendant light over a black shirt or T-shirt and allow only the titanium chain to touch my skin. The shirt would have to be black because of the possibility of staining it. That's not my favorite compromise, but steel appears to be the cheapest iteration of any microlight and Maratek doesn't make a titanium Peanut LED.

The CoreTi looks perfect, if exorbitant (https://www.matchboxinstruments.com/collections/all/products/mbi-coreti), and the HF-R TiUTT looks interesting (https://www.matchboxinstruments.com/collections/hf-r-holy-flashlight-round/products/mbi-hf-r-ti-utt). Both are out of stock. Strange that MBI includes a steel (rather than titanium) chain with a titanium pendant flashlight that costs $95.

rastusIt looks as though the pendant light is partly handmade and the brushed steel effect is something the gentleman who confects the CoreTi applies himself. Have you had any experience buying from MBI?

Varholiaglimp No experience, just did a quick search thinking someone must make them. Yes, they look to be craft-made in small batches in Japan. I would go for whichever one fits you best, but your Titanium chain, just make sure it can loop through. Japanese craft quality or Chinese mass junk, easy choice, but your money.

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Work around for firmware/configuration update error "command not recognized"
I spent more than an hour attempting to update my Drop Shift keyboard. I'm not sure what has changed, but I was not able to do it entirely from the Drop website as I had previously done. I have most of the keys configured how I would like, but the default LED function was a very bright, distracting, rainbow wave going across the keyboard. Every time I turned the computer on I had to manually adjust the lights how I liked. Using the online version or the locally installed app, you first have to install the QMK XAP interface. You then have to flash your already configured firmware file, which can be done on the Drop website. If you are logged in your last configuration is saved under your account and you can alter what you like, so you don't have to start from scratch. So, following the instructions I selected the appropriate board, entered bootloader mode, but when attempting to flash the file, I would get an error that the C:/Users/Mike C..... command is not recognized...
