Branding matters, and from what I've seen so far the rebrand is an improvement. Congratulations for that. But what matters a whole lot more than branding for any company is transparency and delivering on promises. Putting in the effort to ensure complete and accurate product descriptions, instead of puffing fluff, would go a lot further toward earning my trust than any new brand name or logo. Believing the customer when there's a problem with an order instead of deflecting and delaying would do a lot more to earn loyalty.

bucklebusterCompletely agreed. And while we do a good job most of the time I always welcome being held accountable with the details. As someone who liaises alot of feedback I can attest to the fact that we make a big effort with that.

DuncanIf you welcome being held accountable with the details, as you say, you can look into my latest support case. I don't imagine you'd want the details posted here, as they're pretty ugly.
