JaytalWe'll definitely be continuing to hone things as we go. We've redone the site too many times to count, but this was alot at once, obviously. We're definitely listening to all the feedback. And if you have any specifics, lemme know. I've got my own list too.

Duncanit'd be nice if you'd actually highlight or indicate in some way those drops that ship outside US instead having each and every drop scream "free shipping in the US", it gets annoying real fast, why would anyone outside US care that your drops have free shipping within US?

AnzialThat's fair. Could possibly take it a step further eventually and make the appropriate indications to each individual user depending on their specific country perhaps. Noting this though. 👍

DuncanI don't like being the caviller, but it's definitely a good sign to see acknowledgment and direct response from the team, regardless of the unsavory wording. Thanks for not turning a blind eye to an unwanted outcome, such humility is quite rarely exhibited by other companies nowadays.

Hi there, I've been a member of the keyboard club for the past year, I'm afraid that in the next 24h the Keyboard Club will renew automatically. I have checked on my profile but couldn't find anywhere a way to stop it. Did i miss it ? Will it renew automatically ? TIA Mauringhio

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
