If it's not broke... don't fix it. For the past 6 months you guys continue to make changes to the site, prices, emails, etc that have not been an improvement. I used to visit the site on a regular basis and was pretty regular purchaser but the site is a headache to navigate and the prices are honestly not much better than other places that have more reliable shipping, better customer service, and a return policy. In the words of Ron Swanson, "Never half-ass two things. Whole ass one thing." In other words, go back to what made you successful in the first place or just become another retailer (and eventually shut your doors). This straddling of retailer and group buy site is not gonna work guys.

pressganeyTotally agree. They know it’s an unsustainable business model so they are trying to make it work. But with other online retailers eating their food in terms of customer service and reliable return policies they really don’t have a chance. I am dealing with a very frustrating return now and they are trying everything in the book to deny my return even though they fucked yo and sent me the wrong color item. For me this is the last straw. It makes no sense to be giving these people your money when they do not give two shits about customer service.

How do I stop renewal of keyboard club?
Hi there, I've been a member of the keyboard club for the past year, I'm afraid that in the next 24h the Keyboard Club will renew automatically. I have checked on my profile but couldn't find anywhere a way to stop it. Did i miss it ? Will it renew automatically ? TIA Mauringhio

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
